If you email or message us
Your message and contact details are used to reply to you and deliver what you asked for — nothing else. No lists, no resale, no “partners.” Ask us to delete the thread and we will.
If you become a client
Audit reports describe your website, not people. Reports and scan data are kept privately as engagement records and shared with no one but you. Public pages of your site are scanned the way any visitor’s browser loads them — no logins are bypassed, and your robots.txt is honored.
